We are happy to report about a successful Kick-Off Session of the REDpreneur Training Academy on February 25, 2021.
47 persons joined the online Kick-Off session from all over the world; Rwanda, Nigeria, United States, Switzerland, Kyrgyzstan, Albania, Montenegro, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Austria, just to mention some of the nations that participated.

The REDpreneur program
The REDpreneur program aims to support Red Cross Societies and social entrepreneurs in East and South East Europe and the South Caucasus to develop impactful and sustainable ventures that seek to improve access to and quality of health and social services. Within the REDpreneur, specialists will be needed to support participants of the different tracks (venture or learner) to successfully fulfill their ambition to develop and improve their business skills. Co-trainers will be required to work closely with the lead trainer New Paradigm Ventures.
The consultants will be responsible to work together closely with NPV as the lead consultant, across the whole program cycle in preparation, attraction and selection, communication and coordination as well as workshop design and delivery, including coaching and mentoring for successful venture take-up.
The location of the assignment is Vienna, Belgrade and Kiev, for three in-person workshops. Other work can be completed online/ virtually in close collaboration with Austrian Red Cross and New Paradigm Ventures. An equivalent of 108 person days shall hereby be delivered by a team of minimum three persons over a duration of 10 months.
With a background in international development and/or mission-driven business, the consultants must have extensive experience in enterprise models for impact, including entrepreneurship, finance and investment, and impact measurement.
