Austrian Red Cross REDpreneur Program
Evaluation – impact enterprise specialist with broad experience in evaluation and assessment of developmental programs, business development, social entrepreneurship and market research.
The Business Skills and Enterprise Development Program REDpreneur (www.redpreneur.org) by the Austrian Red Cross aims to initiate and support a paradigm shift within Red Cross and CSO partners in the target region towards understanding, considering and applying market-based approaches to tackle social issues in the areas of health and social services. REDpreneur developed, tested and refined a program that empowered Red Cross and CSO partners to incubate social enterprise business models for health and social services that prioritize transformative social impact while striving for financial sustainability by generating revenues through a mix of funding.
The main purpose of the external evaluation is to provide an overview of the set targets reached so far as well as a transparent analysis of success factors and challenges encountered during program implementation. Additional goal of the evaluation is to receive an in-depth analysis incl. recommendation on a sustainable Follow Up Program (REDpreneur 2.0).
Offers shall include a proof of the contractor´s Domain Expertise, whereby the Domain Expertise can be covered of one or several team members.
The final evaluation contractor should have experience in the following domains:
- Experience in research methods, conducting interviews, reviews, evaluations and assessments of developmental programmes,
- Business Development, Social Entrepreneurship and Market Research.
Duration:
equivalent of 40-50 person days shall be delivered over a duration of 2 months
Location:
Home-based, except from a Focus Group discussion in Vienna, Austria

About the REDpreneur program
The REDpreneur Program is a Business Skills and Enterprise Development Program supporting the development of impactful ventures for providing health and social services.
Main Target Region is East and South East Europe and South Caucasus. The program facilitated by the Austrian Red Cross is funded by the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADA) and carried out by New Paradigm Ventures and Impact Hub Vienna.
