Christian Kloyber

Christian Kloyber is Innovation Facilitator at Austrian Red Cross and passionate about social entrepreneurship and the shift towards an impact economy.  Within the program he supports M&E related work as well as the self-sustainability workstream of the prorgram, which seeks to establish business skills and enterprise facilitation as key services of AutRC national society development support.

Nikolaus Hutter

Nikolaus Hutter is an entrepreneur and investment executive with 25+ years’ experience, focused on accelerating the shift to a purpose driven economy. He is founder and CEO of New Paradigm Ventures, an international advisory firm in the impact space. Since 2010, NPV has been working with partners including international NGOs such as WWF and Red Cross, impact investors and philanthropic funders, and purpose driven start-ups to prototype and scale regenerative and inclusive businesses.
Nikolaus serves on several boards including Heifer International and Heifer Foundation, a US-based global development NGO, the Hellenic Impact Investing Initiative, The People’s Trust in Athens, among others, and lectures at universities in Austria and Portugal.
Prior to NPV Nikolaus worked in cleantech industry, over a decade in venture capital investing, in strategy consulting and in pharma. He read business and economics in Vienna and Strasburg, and Political Economy at the London School of Economics.

Diego Heatherman

Diego Heatherman brings more than 5 years of experience in social entrepreneurship and international development to the REDpreneur program, where he serves as cohort manager, moderating the sessions and overseeing the participants’ learning experience. He began his career with Impact Hub Vienna, where he facilitated dozens of ideation workshops and worked to implement various incubation programs. While living in Skopje, he worked with the NGO Mladiinfo to design and deliver a 5-part idea development workshop series for young entrepreneurs. Most recently, he worked for GIZ in Senegal, where he identified and partnered with diverse local actors in the creative industries to pilot different approaches and develop a coherent impact strategy. He has since rejoined Impact Hub Vienna and holds a master’s degree in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy from the Vienna University of Business and Economics.

Alina Moldova

Alina worked for the Impact Hub Vienna for 4 years in international innovation and incubation programs for international development organisations (GIZ, ADA). Her focus lies in project management, program design and curricula development for the programs as well as in managing the expert network and their engagement in the programs. Previously she served as ESG Analyst for Amundi in Paris after finishing her Master in Business with focus on Sustainability from HEC France.
